Applications are open for the 2027 Transformational Leadership for Sustainability programme in Oslo, Norway.

Hosted by cCHANGE, the three-month learning-in-action programme is designed for leaders and practitioners who are working on sustainability transformations and want to strengthen their capacity to create meaningful change in their organisations, communities, and fields of practice.

The programme combines leadership development, systems thinking, practical project work, and a comprehensive set of tools for designing and leading transformative action. Participants are invited to bring a specific project, initiative, or area of work into the programme and apply their learning from the beginning.

The 2027 programme will take place at Sentralen in Oslo and includes three modules: Being Change from 12–14 January, Designing Change from 2–4 March, and Leading Change from 6–8 April. The programme is facilitated by Dr. Monica Sharma and Prof. Karen O’Brien and is open to participants across different roles, sectors, and levels of leadership.

The programme may be especially relevant for those seeking to work more strategically with sustainability challenges, cultivate courageous and values-based leadership, and support cultures and systems that enable change.
