Kerstin Tebbe, founder of Collective Mind, recently shared with us their upcoming Network Development Learning Collaborative, a five-month virtual programme for network leaders, managers, members, and others supporting collaborative networks.
The programme is designed to help participants assess their network’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities; identify areas that need focused attention; and develop a practical roadmap for strengthening their network over time.
It combines guided self-assessment, facilitated sessions, coaching, mentoring, and peer learning. Topics include shared purpose, member engagement, leadership and governance, organisational culture, conflict resolution, communications, infrastructure, administration, and resource mobilisation.
The self-assessment phase will take place in October and November 2026, followed by coaching and mentoring from January through March 2027.
Early-bird deadline: 4 September 2026
Final registration deadline: 25 September 2026
