New Guide: Tools for Regenerative Practice

Anthony Hodgson and the H3Uni team recently highlighted Tools for Regenerative Practice, a new open-access guide bringing together 30 frameworks, exercises, and methods for applying regenerative approaches in real-world settings.

The guide supports practitioners in understanding regenerative dynamics, developing systemic strategies, navigating complex questions, reconnecting with nature, and engaging different forms of embodied and collective intelligence.

It presents regenerative practice as a continuous process of experimentation, learning, reflection, and adaptation. The tools encourage qualities such as reciprocity, mutualism, circularity, diversity, reflexivity, care for place, and a complexity-informed understanding of change.

The collection is designed for facilitators, researchers, community organisers, educators, teams, and organisations seeking practical ways to strengthen relationships between people, social systems, and the wider living world.

The guide and accompanying visual resources are available to download free of charge.
