The Leuphana Transformation Lab is offering up to seven fellowships for postdoctoral researchers working on social, ecological, cultural, technological, and other dimensions of transformation.
Successful applicants will join the interdisciplinary Transformation Lab for up to two years and develop a high-quality proposal for external research funding. Proposed projects should contribute to one of the Lab’s conceptual research streams and engage critically with how transformation is understood, experienced, practised, and evaluated.
The Lab welcomes disciplinary and methodological diversity, including theoretical, historical, ethnographic, participatory, arts-based, design-based, reflexive, and experimental approaches.
Applicants must have successfully completed their doctorate by the time of application and should submit all application materials in English.
