We’re seeking a skilled writer–editor to lead our day-to-day communications and storytelling. This is a dynamic opportunity to help amplify the work of a global community.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing and editing newsletters, announcements, and blog posts
- Managing our WordPress website and social media channels
- Packaging research outputs into clear, engaging content
- Using AI tools to draft, repurpose, and optimize communications
2. Associate Director of Operations
Full-time contractor | $75,000–$95,000 USD/year
Remote – U.S. or Canada strongly preferred
We’re looking for a systems-oriented leader to oversee our internal operations and support project delivery across regions and teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Building scalable workflows and documentation
- Managing tools, budgets, timelines, and vendors
- Supporting member programs, event logistics, and reporting
- Overseeing team coordination and project management systems (e.g., ClickUp)
