Introduction to Collaborative Innovation introduces a process model and practical tools that help diverse stakeholders work together on complex challenges. Participants will explore CoCreative’s Four Agendas framework: Connecting, Aligning, Learning, and Making.

Facilitating Collaborative Innovation focuses on planning and leading collaborative meetings in which participants must navigate complexity, uncertainty, difference, and conflict. It is designed for facilitators, leaders, consultants, backbone staff, and team members seeking to strengthen collective decision-making and action.
