#ArtSpeaksOut: Unleash the Power of Art and Science

In a world where science and activism strive to make a difference, there is a powerful force that we often overlook: artists. At Transformation Community, we firmly believe that artists play a vital role in shaping our society and driving positive change. Through their storytelling and creative expressions, artists have the unique ability to captivate hearts, provoke thought, and inspire action.

That's why we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on ikonoTV,  the unique streaming platform dedicated exclusively to art-related films and videos. Founded by the visionary social entrepreneur, Elizabeth Markevitch, ikonoTV aims to bring art into people's daily lives. With a curated collection of Contemporary Video Artists and mesmerizing Slow & Silence videos focused on Old Masterworks, ikonoTV is like a Netflix for art lovers. But it doesn't stop there.

Since the COP21, ikonoTV has been organizing #ArtSpeaksOut, an annual Open Call for video artists, showcasing their work during the COP events. Last year, during COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh, ikonoTV streamed a captivating selection of videos that left audiences in awe. Check a small selection.

Now, ikonoTV is excited to announce that a brand-new Open Call is just around the corner, and the selected videos will be featured during the upcoming COP28 in Dubai. As an extra treat, these thought-provoking artworks will also be displayed at Dubai's Airport and on various digital screens across town. Don't miss this incredible opportunity to experience the intersection of art, science, and activism.

Stay in the loop by subscribing to ikonoTV's Newsletter, where you'll be the first to know about the upcoming Open Call and receive exclusive updates. The June edition will be packed with exciting announcements, so make sure you're part of the vibrant ikonoTV community.

Join us in celebrating the profound impact artists have on our world. Together, we can harness the power of art to inspire change, challenge perspectives, and create a better future. Let's transform our world, one video frame at a time!
