2025 holds immense promise for learning, collaboration, and action. The recent approval of the IPBES Transformative Change Assessment in Namibia is a reminder of why this work matters. Transformative change is being recognized as essential for addressing global challenges, but it’s also deeply personal and often requires resilience and persistence. We are honored to welcome Co-Chair Karen O’Brien and IPBES Chair David Obura as keynote speakers at TC/ESG 2025 in Johannesburg and Kruger National Park on August 18-21. This conference will anchor our efforts, alongside the continued evolution of the AI series and Dialogue Series, which will explore new themes. We’re also launching the Coral Reef Project and the Ethics-Impact Community of Practice, opening new frontiers for transformative action.
