💼 About the Fellowship

Step into the future as an AI for Sustainability Transformations Fellow and help shape how AI empowers sustainability through innovative tools and strategies. In this role, you will explore how AI can empower practitioners to drive meaningful change in sustainability transformations. Together, we’ll uncover advanced AI tools, build essential skills, and craft thoughtful, practical strategies for addressing real-world challenges in ways that spark innovation.


Key Responsibilities

As a Fellow, you’ll play a vital role in this initiative, contributing in meaningful and practical ways. Your responsibilities will include:

🤝 Co-Create the Work Plan: Collaborate on designing a roadmap that aligns AI innovations with transformative practices.

🖥️ Explore AI Tools: Identify and evaluate AI tools that sustainability practitioners can use to enhance their work effectively and ethically.

📖 Identify & Explore Capabilities: Collaborate in community dialogues, collect case studies, and identify the skills and knowledge necessary for practitioners to effectively integrate AI into sustainability efforts.

📌 Organize: Coordinate materials, logistics, documentation, and community engagement to ensure the initiative runs smoothly and effectively.

● Comfortable with interdisciplinary collaboration and learning from diverse perspectives.

● Ability to critically assess and communicate complex ideas in an accessible way


Fellowship Details

● Time Commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week, flexible schedule.
● Duration: 6–12 months.
● Compensation: $500 monthly stipend
● Location: Remote, with weekly virtual meetings.
