💼 About the Fellowship

Join as a Transformation Design Fellow and help shape sustainability through AI
innovation. As part of the AI Co-Design Initiative, you’ll identify and test AI tools that
empower the Transformations Community to address global challenges like climate
change and biodiversity loss. Collaborate in co-design sessions, refine tools, and
contribute to an AI Archetype Discovery Tool that connects members with personalized
solutions. Reflect on the ethical and systemic implications of these technologies.
This role offers the chance to explore how AI can transform sustainability practice while
gaining hands-on experience and making a real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Identify & Test AI Tools: Research and test AI tools for community needs. Support volunteers in preparing and presenting findings.

🤝 Facilitate Co-Design: Organize tool presentations and discussions in co-design sessions, gathering feedback to refine tools.

🛠️ Develop AI Discovery Tool: Assist in building a GPT-powered tool to match members with relevant AI solutions, including interface design.

📋 General Support: Prepare materials, assist with logistics, and ensure smooth operations.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

● Background or strong interest in AI, sustainability, or systems change.
● Strong communication, organizational, and research skills.
● Familiarity with AI tools like GPT agents; UI design experience is a plus.
● Passion for interdisciplinary collaboration and learning

Fellowship Details

● Time Commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week, flexible schedule.
● Duration: 6–12 months.
● Compensation: $500/month full-time, prorated for part-time.
● Location: Remote, with weekly virtual meetings.
